Return Policy and Return Form

Returns
If for whatever reason you wish to exchange your purchase (or part of it), for reasons not by IPC’s or the shipper’s fault, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you. Items must be in original packaging and in “like-new” condition.

Damaged Goods
If the goods are not what you ordered, damaged, defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please email becca@illustratedplayingcards.com ASAP. I will replace any goods that are damaged or defective.

Shipping Prices
We typically use USPS priority or ground mail for shipping. We try to ship within 1-3 days.

Not Shipping To Your Country?
Contact us telling us where you are, and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time providing your goods have not already been dispatched. To cancel your order email becca@illustratedplayingcards.com quoting your name and the order reference number.
