If for whatever reason you wish to exchange your purchase (or part of it), for reasons not by IPC’s or the shipper’s fault, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. The cost of return delivery charge must be paid by you. Items must be in original packaging and in “like-new” condition.
If the goods are not what you ordered, damaged, defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please email email@example.com ASAP. I will replace any goods that are damaged or defective.
We typically use USPS priority or ground mail for shipping. We try to ship within 1-3 days.
